De elections go hold.
People go make noise wen ee don finish, but wen dust don settle,
and dem don sort out themselves finish, then tings go remain de same...
The same old fools go still dey hold on to power directly or indirectly through dem stooges.
Na so ee be.
The problem be say, our judiciary and media no wan step up to dem responsibilties...Dem too fear.
Dem forget say, no be military dey still rule, so dem no know how strong dem fit be.
And then our intelligentia don loose dem balls finish or dem don all commot for Naija or don die finish.
Wole Soyinka say..."the man dies in him who keeps silent in the face of tyranny...", ee come mean say say, the only people wey remain for Naija na just dead bodi and evil spirits...
How else we go fit explain am?
No be lafin matta at all.

The Nigerian state as not only repressive and authoritarian, it is highly-corrupt, irresponsible and class-bias, highly privatized, it often takes sides not only in the inter-class struggles within its borders, but also in the intra-class contestations that go on within the state…, especially during electioneering period in the struggle to determine who amongst …'big name and big money wins!
what kind of sacrifice can the poor people do to enjoy God giving resources at home, is there any stake? NO, we dont talk about tax issues unless your going to apply for a visa... so what holds our social fabric together? even in diaspora our image is smeared by those wanting to leap frog to 'senior citizens cabal' with great nostalgis i remember my country.
